Terms of Use

Last updated: these terms are reviewed each season.

These Terms of Use govern your use of LineupLogicPro (the “Service”), a product of Hybrid Studios, LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

LineupLogicPro provides interactive tools for building baseball and softball lineups, printing game sheets, and — for members — saving rosters, importing rosters from spreadsheets, and generating lineups. The Service is provided to help coaches organize lineups; it is a planning aid, not an official source of rules.

Not an official ruling

The rule summaries, warnings, and generated lineups provided by the Service are general guidance only. Playing-time, substitution, and eligibility rules change from season to season and vary by league and governing body. You are responsible for confirming any lineup against the current official rulebook and your local league’s rules before using it in a game. We are not liable for penalties, protests, or other consequences arising from reliance on the Service.

Accounts and membership

Some features require an account or a paid membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Memberships are billed through our payment provider on the terms shown at checkout, and you may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it to store unlawful content. You are responsible for the roster information you enter.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Hybrid Studios, LLC and protected by applicable law. Rosters and lineups you create remain yours.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hybrid Studios, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
